How to Cancel Fortnite Crew

Fortnite Crew is a recurring subscription, and where you cancel it depends entirely on where you bought it. That's the whole reason this is confusing: cancelling inside Fortnite doesn't stop a subscription that PlayStation or Xbox is billing you for.

Cancel where you subscribed

If you subscribed through the Epic Games Store on PC, cancel in your Epic account's subscriptions page on epicgames.com.

If you subscribed on PlayStation, cancel through your PlayStation account's subscription settings. Epic cannot cancel it for you.

If you subscribed on Xbox, cancel through your Microsoft account's services and subscriptions page.

The same principle applies to any other storefront. Whoever takes the payment is who you cancel with — cancelling in the wrong place does nothing, and this is the single most common reason people report being charged after cancelling.

What happens after you cancel

You keep everything you've already received. The battle passes, the cosmetics and the V-Bucks already credited are permanently yours.

You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for — cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately.

You stop receiving the monthly V-Bucks allowance and the monthly Crew cosmetic bundle from the next cycle onwards.

Crew versus buying the battle pass

Crew includes the current battle pass, so while subscribed you don't buy it separately. If you cancel mid-season you keep the battle pass for that season — it was granted, not rented.

The trade-off is straightforward: the battle pass is a one-off purchase per season that partly pays for itself in returned V-Bucks, while Crew keeps charging whether you play that month or not.

Common questions

Do I lose my Crew skins if I cancel?

No. Everything already delivered to your locker stays permanently, including past Crew exclusive bundles.

Do I keep the battle pass if I cancel mid-season?

Yes. Once Crew has granted you that season's battle pass, it's yours for the season regardless of cancelling.

Why am I still being charged after cancelling?

Almost always because the cancellation was done somewhere other than the store that bills you. Check the platform you originally subscribed through.
