How many Fortnite skins are there?

There are 2,856 character outfits in Fortnite's game files as of Chapter 7, Season 3. That figure counts every outfit present in the files, which includes leaked and unreleased skins alongside everything that has actually appeared in the item shop or a battle pass.

It moves most weeks, because Epic adds cosmetics to the files ahead of releasing them. Counts elsewhere often differ — usually because they exclude unreleased items, count style variants separately, or haven't been updated recently. Ours is rebuilt from the files every day.
