How do you check Fortnite stats?

Enter the account's Epic display name — the one shown in the Fortnite lobby, not a PlayStation or Xbox name. Epic returns career wins, matches, kills and time played for any account that hasn't set its stats to private.

Why can't I see someone's Fortnite stats?

Fortnite lets players hide their career stats in Settings under Account and Privacy. When that's on, Epic returns nothing to any third party, so no stats site can show those numbers. The other common causes are a case-sensitive name mismatch or using a console name rather than the Epic one.

How is Fortnite K/D calculated?

Kills divided by deaths, where deaths are matches that didn't end in a win, because a win means you were never eliminated. Dividing kills by total matches instead gives a noticeably lower number.

Why a lookup might not work

The name is case-sensitive
Epic treats display names as exact. "ninja" and "Ninja" are different lookups, and only one of them resolves.
The account has stats set to private
Fortnite lets anyone hide their career stats, and plenty of people do. When that setting is on, Epic returns nothing to anybody — no site can show those numbers, including this one. The player can change it in Fortnite under Settings → Account and Privacy.
It's a console or platform name, not an Epic one
PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo names aren't the same as the Epic display name unless the player made them match. The Epic name is the one shown in the Fortnite lobby.

What these numbers mean

K/D is kills divided by deaths, counting a death as any match that wasn't a win — winning means you never died. That's the formula the major trackers use, so a K/D here is comparable with one from elsewhere. Win rate is wins as a percentage of matches played.

These are career totals across every season the account has played. Epic doesn't expose per-season splits publicly, so no site can honestly show "this season only" figures — where you see them, they're usually a site's own record of what changed while it was watching, not Epic's data.
