James Hetfield — common questions
When was James Hetfield last in the item shop?
James Hetfield has no recorded item shop day since 30 October 2017. Items from a Battle Pass, a quest or a promotion are not sold in the shop, and new items may not have been released yet.
How much does James Hetfield cost?
We don't have a recorded price for James Hetfield. We only know an item's price from days it has appeared in the shop while we were tracking it, and this outfit hasn't.
Can you still get James Hetfield?
Most Fortnite cosmetics return to the item shop on rotation, but Epic doesn't publish a schedule and some items — battle pass rewards and promotional items in particular — never come back. There's no reliable way to tell in advance which category any given outfit falls into.
What set is James Hetfield part of?
James Hetfield is part of the Metallica set. Items in a set are usually released together and often return to the shop together, though Epic sometimes rotates them individually.
