Delirium — common questions
When was Delirium last in the item shop?
Delirium was last seen in the Fortnite item shop on 23 October 2025. It has been in the shop on 36 days since 30 October 2017.
How much does Delirium cost?
We don't have a recorded price for Delirium. We only know an item's price from days it has appeared in the shop while we were tracking it, and this outfit hasn't.
Can you still get Delirium?
Most Fortnite cosmetics return to the item shop on rotation, but Epic doesn't publish a schedule and some items — battle pass rewards and promotional items in particular — never come back. There's no reliable way to tell in advance which category any given outfit falls into.
What set is Delirium part of?
Delirium is part of the Arcane Arts set. Items in a set are usually released together and often return to the shop together, though Epic sometimes rotates them individually.
