Backbone — common questions
When was Backbone last in the item shop?
Backbone was last seen in the Fortnite item shop on 8 June 2026. It has been in the shop on 21 days since 30 October 2017.
How much does Backbone cost?
We don't have a recorded price for Backbone. We only know an item's price from days it has appeared in the shop while we were tracking it, and this outfit hasn't.
Can you still get Backbone?
Most Fortnite cosmetics return to the item shop on rotation, but Epic doesn't publish a schedule and some items — battle pass rewards and promotional items in particular — never come back. There's no reliable way to tell in advance which category any given outfit falls into.
What set is Backbone part of?
Backbone is part of the Biker Brigade set. Items in a set are usually released together and often return to the shop together, though Epic sometimes rotates them individually.
