The Vault Guardian

The Vault Guardian hasn't appeared in the item shop since we began tracking it on 5 August 2026. Epic's shop feed only exposes the current day, so we can't see whether it appeared before then.

We don't have a recorded price for The Vault Guardian. We only know an item's price from days it has appeared in the shop while we were tracking it, and this pickaxe hasn't.

Most Fortnite cosmetics return to the item shop on rotation, but Epic doesn't publish a schedule and some items — battle pass rewards and promotional items in particular — never come back. There's no reliable way to tell in advance which category any given pickaxe falls into.

The Vault Guardian is part of the Getaway Gang set. Items in a set are usually released together and often return to the shop together, though Epic sometimes rotates them individually.
