Magnetized Scrap — common questions
When was Magnetized Scrap last in the item shop?
Magnetized Scrap has no recorded item shop day since 30 October 2017. Items from a Battle Pass, a quest or a promotion are not sold in the shop, and new items may not have been released yet.
How much does Magnetized Scrap cost?
We don't have a recorded price for Magnetized Scrap. We only know an item's price from days it has appeared in the shop while we were tracking it, and this pickaxe hasn't.
Can you still get Magnetized Scrap?
Most Fortnite cosmetics return to the item shop on rotation, but Epic doesn't publish a schedule and some items — battle pass rewards and promotional items in particular — never come back. There's no reliable way to tell in advance which category any given pickaxe falls into.
What set is Magnetized Scrap part of?
Magnetized Scrap is part of the Magneto set. Items in a set are usually released together and often return to the shop together, though Epic sometimes rotates them individually.
