Heartache — common questions
When was Heartache last in the item shop?
Heartache was last seen in the Fortnite item shop on 19 February 2026. It has been in the shop on 28 days since 30 October 2017.
How much does Heartache cost?
We don't have a recorded price for Heartache. We only know an item's price from days it has appeared in the shop while we were tracking it, and this pickaxe hasn't.
Can you still get Heartache?
Most Fortnite cosmetics return to the item shop on rotation, but Epic doesn't publish a schedule and some items — battle pass rewards and promotional items in particular — never come back. There's no reliable way to tell in advance which category any given pickaxe falls into.
What set is Heartache part of?
Heartache is part of the Court of Love set. Items in a set are usually released together and often return to the shop together, though Epic sometimes rotates them individually.
