Gatekeeper — common questions
When was Gatekeeper last in the item shop?
Gatekeeper was last seen in the Fortnite item shop on 12 May 2026. It has been in the shop on 25 days since 30 October 2017.
How much does Gatekeeper cost?
We don't have a recorded price for Gatekeeper. We only know an item's price from days it has appeared in the shop while we were tracking it, and this pickaxe hasn't.
Can you still get Gatekeeper?
Most Fortnite cosmetics return to the item shop on rotation, but Epic doesn't publish a schedule and some items — battle pass rewards and promotional items in particular — never come back. There's no reliable way to tell in advance which category any given pickaxe falls into.
What set is Gatekeeper part of?
Gatekeeper is part of the Storm Familiars set. Items in a set are usually released together and often return to the shop together, though Epic sometimes rotates them individually.
