Most Fortnite cosmetics return to the item shop on rotation, but Epic doesn't publish a schedule and some items — battle pass rewards and promotional items in particular — never come back. There's no reliable way to tell in advance which category any given pickaxe falls into.

Fix-it-all Hammer is part of the U2.0 Tech set. Items in a set are usually released together and often return to the shop together, though Epic sometimes rotates them individually.
